I’m now 80 and have many fond memories of listening to these dj’s when I returned home to Ecorse after a 4 year hitch in the Marines. Circa 1955 and on. I remember wjlb’s jockeys-Frantic Ernie Durham-and Joltin Joe Howard, also Late nighters Jack Sorrell playing the piano and calling it little Jackson!. also Jay Roberts with his late night Midnight flights. Also remember Bobbin with Robin, aka Robin Seymore, met him at several different occasions. Loved Eds Jack the bellboy program, and last but not least Johnny Slagals morning shows depicting that polka dot covered table.
