I’m looking for a song that I do not know the title nor do I know the artist. It was played on WCHB in the early 60’s and the lyrics are:
    Wanted is my lover,
    He left me behind
    Wanted are his kisses
    Kisses that taste so fine,
Won’t ya come on home, I know I done you wrong, Won’t you come home, where you belong. You said you’d be there whenever I needed you and baby I need you right now. You said you would never make feel lonely I thought I could make it somehow…..Won’t ya come on home

Do you have any information on any upcoming Valentine’s day dance for the Stiletto’s?

    Thanks in advance,

    Marsha

Just stumbled onto this site and it is amazing. Grew up in NW Detroit in the 50’s and 60’s listening to WKNR and WXYZ and CKLW. My listening days turned my interest to broadcasting and I made a good living as a broadcaster for the next 40 Years! Inspirations… of course, Dick Purtan, Johnny Randall, Lee Allen, etc. Thanks for putting up the site, Jim!!

I am in possession of a WPAG white plastic radio shaped like a RCA 44 microphone, possibly from the 1950s. Can you give me any history on this? Was it an advertising piece?
