Dear Sir,
The poster brought back memories and also cleared up a memory blank I’ve had for many years.
I travelled around America on Greyhound buses in my early 20s on a 3 month holiday from England. In late December 1965 I got to Detroit and manage to a ticket for the show.My memories of the show are not as vivid as I would like but can remember Marvin Gaye bursting out of a huge Christmas box to start his act,Martha Reeves,Jr Walker,Stevie Wonder,it was amazing!
The one thing I couldn’t remember was were I saw the show, the poster cleared that up,Fox theatre, Woodward Avenue.
Is there anywhere I can get a reprint of the poster?
Thanks a big blank has been filled.
