In the 1960s, the Firestone Tire & Rubber Co., independently released a series of Christmas LPs, made available and exclusively at all their Firestone tire shops and automotive outlets around the country.
This album, ‘Your Favorite Christmas Carols‘, was issued as Vol. 2 and was released in 1963.
Highlighting the sound of the Columbus Boychoir, in this album you will hear a dozen traditional yuletide songs, as led by the vocals of Rise Stevens and Brian Sullivan.
The classic Firestone Christmas LPs began with Vol 1 in 1962 and ended in 1968 with (the final) Vol 7.
